DEPOSIT REUIREMENTS:
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
SPA APPOINTMENTS
A $35 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SPA SERVICES. THIS DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR SPA SERVICE.
A $50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BRAIDED SERVICES. THIS DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR HAIR SERVICE.
We ask that you please honor our staff and cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance to avoid $35 cancellation fee. This allows other clients to schedule services and ensures our technicians can fill openings in their schedule.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you receive the full spa experience.

YOUNG CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT DURING THEIR APPOINTMENT. Please keep in mind the relaxation of our other clients. Spa services are reserved for those who are 18 years of age or older.
We respectfully ask that you MUTE cell phones and electronic devices. This allows each client to enjoy quality relaxation time. Cell phones are allowed in the Spa but ear pods/headphones must be worn.
